You own your data in full, and you get it exported in a standard format whenever you ask. The application code remains ours — that is what lets us keep improving and supporting it for every client. Handover covers documentation, admin training and credentials, not the codebase.

Fixed price against a written scope for projects, an annual licence for our products, and a monthly fee for retainers. We do not bill hourly, because that puts the risk of our own estimating errors onto you. Pricing is quoted per project rather than published, since scope varies widely.

They usually do. Small changes we absorb. Anything that materially changes the scope gets a written variation with its own price and timeline before we build it, so nothing is a surprise on the invoice.

Yes. Most of the work is remote, with on-site visits for training and go-live where it makes sense. We travel for installations across north India.

Often yes. We audit what is there first and give an honest answer — sometimes taking over is right, and sometimes the existing code costs more to keep than to replace. We will say which.
