K2 Developers builds business software from Pathankot, Punjab. We started with one ERP for a single school, and have added a product each time a real client had a problem worth solving properly.
That is the whole approach. We do not build software speculatively and look for buyers. Every one of our four products came out of a live requirement — a school drowning in fee registers, a consultancy losing files in WhatsApp, an institute checking OMR sheets by hand, a cafe running bills off a notepad.
Being small has a cost: we take on fewer projects than a larger firm. It also has a benefit that matters more to most of our clients — when you call, you reach someone who knows your installation and can change it.
